Classified Bentonite V

Selected bentonite V is natrificated bentonite used for wine clarification.


Use

Removes proteins from wine. It is added to cider before the fermentation starts to gain all the ineligible content from cider and wine.The wine and cider are than without idustrial smoke essence which is carried by the fruits gathered in industrial areas.

Properties:


Natural,ecological rock,with main content of colloidal hydrated aluminium silicate.It has the ability to gain the proteins in swell phase.It has no taste and no smell.
   
The product is certified by Slovak Wine Research Institutie in Bratislava.
